5th Avenue Records, is a independent record label distributed by Universal Music Group Distribution.
5th Avenue Records, was formed by William A. Burnell in January 1988 and incorporated in the state of Texas in 1994.
5th Avenue Records is in the business of producing, distributing and publishing recorded music. The recorded music business discovers and develops recording artists and then markets and promotes their music across a wide array of formats and platforms.
5th Avenue Records publishing company, Pac’s Publishing, discovers and develops songwriters, and owns and administers copyrights to musical compositions for use in recordings, public performances, and related uses, such as films and advertisements.
5th Avenue Fashions, 5th Avenue’s merchandising company, sells artist and music branded products via multiple sales points including online, fashion retail, and live performances.
5th Avenue Films in conjunction with Third Eye Film Works is a full scale film and television production company. With over 3 films in development and 2 television shows in development. 5th Avenue Films was formed with the vision to produce the next generation of Hollywood blockbusters that the studios are not making. We will be announcing or first slate of films later in the year.
At the end of 2009, 5th Avenue Records secured its world wide distribution deal with with Bungalo/Universal Music Group Distribution.
From 2010-2012, 5th Avenue Records has gone thought a major reorganization; the company has signed several new recording Artist and brought on more industry veterans.
5th Avenue Records will be releasing projects in 2019 in the genres of Pop, R&B, HipHop and Country music.
